Vice President of Human Resources
National Dentex Corporation
Eldridge Banks brings more than 15 years of broad human resources experience to his role at National Dentex Corporation. Since joining NDX in October 2010, Eldridge has helped boost employee satisfaction while leading the charge for positive benefit changes across all areas of the company. His commitment to creating a forward-thinking workplace, coupled with his dedication to the well-being of all employees, makes Eldridge a critical member of the NDX leadership team.
Before joining NDX, Eldridge worked for PepsiCo, Inc, within their Frito Lay division, leading human resources within sales, operations, and corporate functions throughout different regions of the country. Prior to joining Frito-Lay, Eldridge held Human Resources positions at Motorola in Austin, Texas and Schaumburg, Illinois. Eldridge received his B.S. in psychology from Florida A&M University and his M.A. in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Eldridge is married to Michelle Banks and has four children (Elliyah-9, Exavier-8, Elise-6, and Endia-4). In his spare time he enjoys running, reading, and spending time with the family.
Writing and Performance Arts Teacher
Michele Conreur is a writer, speaker, musician, and former public school teacher with an unwavering belief in the Pinnacle Kids mission. After 15 years in human resources and marketing, Michele fulfilled a lifelong dream when she took her first interim teaching position in 2006, and she says that teaching is the toughest job she’s ever loved.
Michele has worked at a Title I school, and she has seen how badly students and teachers need the help that Pinnacle Kids provides. A strong proponent of the arts for stress relief, discipline and confidence building, Michele currently teaches writing and performance arts through her company, PlaySouthFlorida.com. Michele is a certified Florida educator and a vocal teacher advocate, and she is excited to help Pinnacle Kids fulfill its mission of helping public schools and their teachers.
Palm Beach County Library Systems
Doug’s three daily goals are to learn something new, to help more people than he needed help from, and to be kind to everyone he meets. As a former Youth Librarian, volunteer certified yoga teacher, and yo-yo practitioner, Doug is looking forward to helping Pinnacle Kids positively impact students, teachers and families as a member of Pinnacle Kids’ Board of Directors.
Mr. Crane currently serves as a Director with the Palm Beach County Library System, and he is also Founder and President of Limitless Press, Inc., a small publisher of books that help children recover from grief and loss. A 2013 graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership’s Leadership Development Program and VP of Education for Palm Beach County Toastmasters Club, Mr. Crane is also a practitioner of GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology.
Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Caribbean and Latin America Region, Marriott
Since January 2013, Alex Fiz leads the Sales & Marketing Disciplines for the Caribbean and Latin America Regiona, as Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Alex began his Marriott career in 1992 at the Plaza Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina where he held positions as Assistant Director of Operations, Director of Revenue Management & Reservations, Director of Catering and Director of Sales & Marketing. Alex then became Country Director of Sales and Marketing for Chile and Argentina (1998-2002)
From 2002 to 2006, Alex lead the Brazil hotels, Renaissance Sao Paulo, JW Rio, Marriott and Renaissance Costa do Sauipe, MEA Sao Paulo and Sao Paulo Airport Marriott as Area Director of Sales & Marketing and successfully implemented the Market Sales Organization in Brazil. In 2006, Alex relocated to Europe where he accepted the position of Market Director of Sales & Marketing for France. He later became the Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Western Europe, overlooking 9, countries, 38 hotels.
In 2008, Alex accepted his first General Manager position at the Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe Hotel which received Best Hotel of the Year 2011 Award for the Renaissance brand. Alex holds an MBA from the Universidad Palermo, a Bachelor’s in Public Relations and International Affairs from the Universidad de la Empresa, Buenos Aires, along with several professional development programs from Cornell University. Alex is fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.

Kelly is a Communications professional with a proven track record and more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications/public relations and broadcast journalism. She is the Recipient of two Circle of Excellence awards, three Spirit of Excellence awards and Star Award for Excellence in Communications Kelly’s creative business vision and comprehensive experience in media relations, employee communications, strategic planning, community relations, event planning, promotions and market expansion will be invaluable in helping Pinnacle Kids meet its goals.
Kelly is a dedicated and results-oriented PR and communications professional who provides operational and creative direction and support through strategic planning expertise. She is a dynamic team builder and manager of cohesive teams from diverse groups, including marketing, advertising, communications professionals, community leaders, media, and volunteers. With her strong desire to success, diverse professional background and action oriented philosophy, Kelly will really make things happen here at Pinnacle Kids.
